Serpentor, love him or hate him, he is a part of G.I. Joe history now. I tried to work in the original Cobra Civil War and the Devil's Due Civil War into his history. I gave him more followers that were tired of Cobra. I located him in Truncial Abysmia and in My G.I. Joe world where real life threats don't exist he is the threat from the Middle East. So in My World, Serpentor is the equivalent of Saddam Hussein, Osama Bin Laden, and any other mid-east leaders combined.
