The Estrela Family

The Estrela Family was one side of an incredibly vicious drug war in South America.  They soon began hiring mercenaries to fight for them and protect them.  Their enemies were quickly wiped out and they set their sites on bigger things.  Their deals with Headman and The Headhunter organization introduced them to Cobra.  They now claim to be the South American branch of Cobra, even though Cobra Commander does not acknowledge their existence.  Nonetheless, they are fiercely loyal and are causing many problems for the South American peoples and foreign aid workers and troops.
