Jesse Kwinn Jr.
Jesse Kwinn Jr. harbored a hatred for Snake Eyes like no other. A hatred that Cobra Commander fueled with constant speeches to young Kwinn about the evils of GI Joe. While Jesse had no bad feelings for G.I. Joe, any of them that stood in his way of killing the man he believed killed his father would be killed as well. He also had no feelings for Cobra other than they were his means to an end. Cobra Commander gave him the codename Ghost Bear and assigned him to an experimental walking tank called The Pulverizer.
When Billy began his uprising he knew he needed to tell Jesse the truth about his father. At first not believing him, Ghost Bear soon came to realize that the stories Cobra Commander were telling him had to be untrue and he listened to Billy. Billy made sure he understood that Snake Eyes was actually helping Kwinn and it was Cobra Commander's lackey, Dr. Venom that shot Kwinn in the back. He also assured Ghost Bear that Kwinn got his revenge by killing Venom with a grenade as he was dying.
Ghost Bear left Cobra and that horrible tank behind and swore his allegiance to Billy taking up his natural position as heavy gunner. He is one of the most important of Billy's group since he is the only one to be a recent member of Cobra and he knows how the island and its facilities are laid out. One of the best heavy gunners around he has been able to disrupt Cobra's operations without killing a single trooper. Quiet and reserved he is there for Billy whenever he is needed.
