Seeing the military as a way out of his hometown Victor W. Sikorski signed up fresh out of high school.  Passing test after test he quickly moved up in rank.  After some impressive flying during a rescue mission the G.I. Joe team contacted him.  Adopting the codename Lift-Ticket for his ability to extract his teammates he also worked with deployment in his early days with the team.  He could set his chopper down in any situation while Wild Bill laid down the cover fire.

The joe team grew and more pilots came aboard.  Lift-Ticket trained them the best he could at deployment ops and he took the job as primary med-evac pilot.  Now he is always ready whenever the call comes in to get his teammates out of a tight spot.  With the highly trained team of Sideswipe and Stretcher riding in back, Lift-Ticket has made numerous saves for the joes.  And as an injured joe, there is nothing more satisfying than to see that bright red helmet through the windshield of Lift-Ticket's transport.
