Outback can be dropped into any environment with few supplies and survive for months. He carries only one canteen full of water, a few MRE's and a one man army issue tent. His weapons consist only of an Army issue combat knife and an AK-47. The knife is always reliable and has never failed him. The AK is a very popular weapon with many guerrillas and terrorist so he is able to gather extra rounds and spare parts from his downed enemies.

He will spend months at a time in the field observing the enemy while blending into the environment. These abilities have led Sgt. Slaughter to sign Outback up for the Marauders. Slaughter sends him in to get a lay of the land and learn the enemy’s movements. And when the time comes for the rest of the Marauders to join him they know they can rely on him for accurate information and a very strong and willing fighter.
